Never Too Dim, or Too Bright

Poor lighting in your office really hurts your team. Poor lighting can result in eye strain, dry eyes, difficulty viewing a screen, and headaches. These can really damper your employee’s ability to get work done effectively throughout each day. If you have poor lighting in your office and desk areas, use some lighting that compliments each desk that adds better office lighting that will result in even better work.

Of course, you don’t want to have the light too bright as well. Natural light is the best light any office can have, especially when there’s an abundance of it. However, we know already how too much light can affect our office and team. With bright natural light from windows, there’s just the perfect way to fix too much of that.

First, if you have a large number of computers, remember to face away screens from the windows. If this isn’t possible, you can install some tints on your windows to prevent too much glare and gleam for your computer monitors. Avoid placing tinting screens on actual monitors and other screens, as this can reduce the quality and ultimately increase eye strain further making the entire situation worse.
