My role is to set the overall direction of the company and to then support the Arbee Team in the pursuit of our goals, ensuring that our activities reflect our mission and are always consistent with our values.

EXPERIENCE

Law School Grad. Member of the NJ Bar. First job at Arbee was to work on the trucks. I learned the business from the inside out. Worked in the Sales department handling large corporate clients. Moved to Maryland to run the operation “for a two-year trial” 32 years ago as General Manager. Promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 1997 and President in 2003. Learned that in all aspects of the business, people are the key to success. Hire the best team and provide them the best tools and training to unleash their potential, as their success is Arbee’s success.

Samantha Haugh

Vice President of Client Engagement

ROLE

I lead the New Business Development team supporting our clientele and partners in the DC, MD and VA markets. My role is to ensure an elevated experience during and beyond our engagements by leading the team to leverage knowledge, tools, inspiration, and effective solutions supporting the specific needs of our clients.

EXPERIENCE

I have 12 years of experience in the industry comprised of design, sales and leadership roles. I practiced interior design at a global architectural firm for 5 years before most recently transitioning to Workplace Consultant at Steelcase, where I was dedicated to informing, supporting and inspiring the design community through the translation of furniture, architecture and technology into effective space.

Anthony Sims

Director of Sales

ROLE

Responsible for managing Arbee’s market engagement and sales activities throughout greater New Jersey.

EXPERIENCE

Various roles in the industry on both the dealer and manufacturing side. Most recently a Strategic Account manager with HNI Global focusing on Commercial Real Estate preceded by the role of Senior Account Manager at a Milwaukee based Herman Miller Dealer.

Ali Schoen

Director, Design

ROLE

I lead a team of professional designers who engage our clients and partners in creating solutions that enhance the innovation and culture of their business while remaining focused on the wellbeing and experience of their employees. Arbee Associates internal process has been developed and perfected to ensure we meet all client goals and objectives.

EXPERIENCE

I have 20 years of experience in the contract furniture industry. I began as a project designer and eventually moved into a leadership role. My tenure at Arbee has provided me with personal and professional growth that I can share with our team.

Amy McKnight

Human Resources Manager

ROLE

Responsible for all people aspects of the company – talent recruiting and development, company policy and practice implementation, employee relations, and benefit and payroll administration. My core focus is building and enhancing a company culture that supports our associates to maximize their potential.

EXPERIENCE

30 years of human resources and payroll experience, 27 of those at Arbee.

Linda Dickerson

Director of Administration

ROLE

I lead the administrative teams and functions within the organization and help with varying aspects of training and process improvements.

EXPERIENCE

I have been in the contract furniture world for 33 years, growing my knowledge and skills with my involvement in quality and training, and all types of order management and customer service required in this industry. I have a leadership role partly built on a foundation of several responsibilities I handled in administration through the years, including as Order Administrator and Network, Operations & Sales Coordinators.

Sean Conway

Manager of Product Management and Facilities Services, Lead Estimator

ROLE

Responsible for managing the overall productivity and performance of operations including estimating, delivery and installation, project management services, facility services and nationwide outbound/inbound project network program. Accountable for company pricing and project planning of all contract furniture, architectural walls, and sound masking management projects. Liaison between customers and labor unions during major projects.

EXPERIENCE

27 years of contract furniture experience with 16 years full-time at Arbee. Started as an installer working summers and winters through high school and college. I have worked in all aspects of contract furniture including warehousing, delivery, installation, project estimating, decompressing, sales, project management, and facilities services.

My family, actively participating in NHRA Drag Racing and being a youth football coach.

Pete Franzi

Manager of Delivery and Installation Manager, New Jersey

ROLE

Pete oversees the overall productivity and financial performance of the New Jersey warehouse and asset management departments, and Delivery and Installation Department. Pete is responsible for productivity and financial performance, policies and procedures, asset management, training, scanning of inventories, receiving, pulling and loading and delivery and installing of goods, parts inventory, storage capacity and quality control audits, vehicle fleet, and warehouse equipment and supplies.

Chris Hanes

I lead sales and marketing, client engagement, and growth initiatives at Arbee Associates.  My role is to ensure that our people, processes, and products support the space performance goals of our clients, and that our organization supports positive and sustainable growth in the communities we serve.

I have 11 years of experience in the contract furniture industry with roles including: dealer development, sales and new business development, channel strategy, and sales leadership.
